Job Description:
ASC is seeking a credentialing specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and support of credentialing processes for our providers. The credentialing specialist will work closely with our team to ensure that all required documentation is completed and processed in a timely manner. This role will be responsible for all aspects of provider credentialing including, but not limited to: * this postition is also eligible for contract labor arrangments if preferred.

- Provider verification
- Provider tracking and communication with providers
- Provider submission of required documents to the licensing authority
- Review of provider's application and credentials by the licensing authority
- Coordination with other departments on provider verification and credentialing process
- Work closely with medical staff on provider orientation and credentialing process
- Work closely with medical staff on provider verification and credentialing process
- Work closely with medical staff on provider submission to the medical staff on provider requirements
- Work closely with medical staff on provider verification as it relates to the medical staff's requirements for credentialing as well as other departments' requirements for credentialing.
