- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, software, and hardware issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications and operating systems
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues

- Document all support activities and resolutions in a ticketing system

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, DNS, and TCP/IP protocols
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Proficiency in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO)
