Job Summary

The Field Service Representative will manage overall account relationship and ensure clients are trained and supported on all aspects of dialysis clinic specimen processing and results review. Provide client service support and issue resolution across client base. Support client base with their operations and help them maintain a high level of efficiency with the products and services provided.

Essential Functions:

• Provide web-based trainings and presentations to new clients and existing clients.
• Setup new clients in LabCheck and provide comprehensive training to ensure a smooth start.
• Evaluate client satisfaction and monitor clients performance based on discussions with clients, issues lab may have or issues billing may have.
• Assist clients and resolve their issues by investigating and composing responses. Communicate client concerns and discuss resolutions with the appropriate AC Management.
• Conduct periodic client business reviews.
• Conduct periodic client account visits based on business needs.
• Prepares reports and information by collection, analyzing and summarizing information.
• Provide client services phone coverage during assigned shifts.
• Address missing AOBs, ICD corrections, specimen integrity issues, communication, patient orders, current Panic Form, staff training needs and submit centrifuge inspection exchanges cases for centrifuges nearing expiration.
• Provide detailed summary of all visits within CRM cases, attach service activities and update assigned account information within CRM and LabCheck.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, major in marketing, communication, or health Care is desired and three years related experience
• Lab, Dialysis, Customer Service and/or Sales/Marketing experience preferred.
• Training and presenting utilizing web-based training and GoToMeeting preferred.
