Dishwashers
Reports to: Chef/General Manager/Managers/Supervisors
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time available

Primary Responsibilities:
¦ Arrive at work on time and in proper uniform, prepared to execute exceptional shifts.
- Exemplify AHG’s Mission and Core Values in every interaction, every shift
- Perform the daily functions for line positions as required, prepping, line set up, 100 percent recipe adherence, ensuring food quality standards per Health department requirements, and daily cleaning duties as assigned.
- Washes plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Ensures dishes are sanitized and available as needed.
- Ensures all dishes are put away in proper locations abiding by all sanitation and safety procedures.
- Always keeps sanitation solution up to company codes.
¦ Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine. Cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift.
Further Responsibilities
¦ Maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout shift.
¦ Complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework.
¦ Works with a sense of urgency.
¦ Keeps dish areas clean by sweeping, mopping floors, wiping countertops, and emptying trash.
¦ Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
Qualification Standards
¦ Aptitude for multi-tasking
¦ Communication and organizational skills
¦ Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation and industrial equipment
Physical Requirements
¦ Able to move safely and with urgency in close proximity to others
¦ Ability to lift and carry or otherwise move 25-60 pounds regularly/occasionally.
¦ Agility to wipe down counters, prep tables and all cooking surfaces and to sweep and pick up debris off the floor in all areas of the restaurant.
¦ Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length.
