Assembly Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)
Read and follow work orders and specified instructions from the Team Lead to complete orders accurately and on time
Assemble cupolas and ridge vents
Complete packaging and shipping labels to ensure proper delivery of products
Recognize issues and take corrective action or notify Team Lead / Manufacturing Manager
Participate in cross functional teams to ensure continuous and ongoing improvement of processes, methods, productivity and quality while reducing costs
Perform other duties as assigned
Assembly Shift Info
Day Shift, 7 : 00AM - 3 : 30PM
Monday - Friday
Production Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
Manufacturing experience
Able to lift up to 50 lb consistently
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
Able to pass a background check
Requires HS diploma or GED
