Construction Estimator - Weekly Pay

Construction Estimator Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Correspond with district sales managers and dealers
• Assist dealers with take-offs and estimates
• Quote projects, including soliciting bids from subcontractors
• Develop pricing and scopes of work on commercial and public bid jobs
• Assist with organizing and creating dealer information packets
• Planning and presentation of dealer and contractor training schools
• Coordination of building orders, delivery and general service
• Understand and observe all applicable corporate safety policies and procedures

Construction Estimator Shift Info

• Day Shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Monday - Friday

Construction Estimator Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
• Knowledge of general construction practices/procedures and code requirements
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and special estimating as needed
• Minimum 2 year Technical school or degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or related CAD drafting software is helpful
