Credit Manager

We have an opening for a Credit Manager position in North Salt Lake, UT. This is an excellent job for someone with a background in credit and accounting and looking to obtain further managerial experience. We are hiring immediately!

The pay rate is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Credit Manager Tasks & Duties

• Customer Service: This position relies heavily on customer service. The Credit Manager will have daily communication with our customers and the ability to be clear with your message and courteous is vitally important for our business.
• Establishes and enforces company credit policies: Follows policies and procedures for credit approvals and collections. Reviews current credit processes and procedures provide input into credit policy and implement new processes as directed by the CFO.
• Ensures proper credit limits and terms for new and existing accounts: Processes credit applications, performs credit reviews and sets credit terms for new accounts. Reviews and adjusts credit limits and terms for existing accounts.
• Performs collection efforts: Reviews account status and works with customers on past-due accounts. Manages third-party collection agencies, as required.
• Coordinates inter-departmental interface to ensure customer satisfaction: Works closely with their team, accounting, and payroll departments to optimize company performance and customer satisfaction.

Credit Manager Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in management
• 3 years of commercial credit experience.
• Well-developed computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
