Shift Info
Days 7 : 00am-6 : 00pm Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Tasks And Duties (What You'll Do
Process fish, shrimp and crab that includes loading, and unloading fish.
Operate equipment.
Packing ice and cutting fillets
Processing seafood and packing in boxes and bags.
Produces product by transferring fish; sowing spat; providing feed into machines.
Unloads fish by operating equipment; hand-picking unmarketable and illegal items
Packs fish by loading fish and ice into containers.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Follows current manufacturing policies and FDA guidelines for food processing.
Qualifications (Requirements / Skills
Valid, good insurable driver's license as driving is a requirement of position.
Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues.
Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
Works well with others and is a team player.
Devoted to a talk or purpose with loyalty and integrity.
Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment.
