About the Role:
Position: Video Graphics Designer
Duration: 02-18 months
Location: 100% remote in US
Job Description:
- Edit, customize, and modify video and animation files under the direction of the Director of Content.
- Includes converting file formats, compressing video assets while maintaining quality, and ensuring that video files align with asset production guidelines.
- May also include building smooth transitions for video loops and adding animation to static graphics. Coordinates with other members of the content and creative teams, while translating creative guidance into video production work.
- Work on templates for create websites, content development, opportunity for ad hoc work, mostly on product batches and focusing on quality and creative work, some is technical production video.
Skills:
- 2-5 years of video design experience.
- Premiere Pro (Adobe) experience
- Handbrake experience
- Understanding of video terminology
- Experience with content-first companies preferred.
- Business oriented content, commercial industry and content available, graphic animations that are smooth loops & shorter videos.
- Must have strong understanding of technical issues as they relate to motion design and video production.
- Knowledge of processes and tools a plus. Knowledge of visual production processes preferred. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Salary Range: $30/hr - $31/hr - Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
