About the Role:

Job Title: Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include Python development, model fine-tuning, Machine Learning work, problem-solving and prompt engineering.

Minimum Qualifications

5 years of experience in AI and machine learning, model building and strong coding skills in python
3 years of NLP including text classifier, re-ranker, topic modeling
Fluent in French
3 years of experience working directly with large language models
Experience with reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, hallucination mitigation
DevOps repos Debugging, building APIs and managing the algorithm flow across multiple workstreams in one repo
Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing systems

Location: Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $130K – $150K annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
