About the Role:
Job Title: Technical System Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations.
- Serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
- Identify, document, report, and track system issues.
- Responsible for change management activities for assigned applications including change submission, PRE/PRO validations, coordination with vendor and internal teams.
- Manage backlog of requests and incidents for assigned applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years banking experience
- Expertise in commercial banking and treasury services – payables, receivables and liquidity products including but not limited to - integrated payables, card products, remote deposit capture, mobile deposit, ERPs QuickBooks, and Sage, sweep products, positive pay, etc.
- Experience with Service Now, Jira and Confluence.
- Communication protocols like SFTP and Connect Direct
- Scheduler tools- Control M
- Java
- JSON schema/ API
- IIS/ Web Server
- SQL DB, My SQL, Oracle DB
- Core Mainframe technologies- Cobol, Easytrieve, JCL, CICS & VSAM/IAM File Database
Location: 100% Remote
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000 – $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
