Responsibilities:
- Setting up of new clientele and vendors in the system
- Maintaining tracking logs of clientele and making changes on information based on notations on logs
- Maintaining all deposit records
- Responsible for AR aging for all assigned facilities
- Upkeep of several listings via Excel reports
- Generating letters to clientele as requested
- Fielding all inquiries by clientele either by phone or email
- Sorting of company mail to segregate incoming payments
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Accounts Receivable or data entry experience
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work on-site!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
