Senior Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator that will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our financial services offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing within the financial services sector and demonstrate a proven ability to create impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote financial products and services.
• Develop compelling content for digital, print, and social media platforms that aligns with the firm’s brand and messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Develop strategies to enhance client engagement and retention through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the client services team to understand client needs and tailor marketing approaches accordingly.
• Oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Maintain and enhance the firm’s brand image through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
• 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the financial services industry.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive marketing materials.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms).
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
