Ascensa Health is currently seeing an Outreach Specialist. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates maintenance of relevant interagency resources, exchange of information and other activities for interagency collaboration efforts, while ensuring compliance with confidentiality laws and regulations.
  • Develops and maintains referral source relationships. Networks with the community services resources and remains apprised of relevant developments in services provided by those sources. Communicates developments to relevant clinical staff to ensure proper utilization of resources for clients.

Qualified applicants will possess the following:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Experience in marketing healthcare facilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to effectively market programs and engage with referral sources.
