Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Education and/or Experience
- Graduate of an accredited college/university School of Nursing required.
- Two years of experience as a LPN in a clinical care setting, home health preferred.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
- Current, unencumbered state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
