DAYS 12 hour shifts - 6A - 6P

Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct nursing care to patients in the healthcare / skilled & rehab setting in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
• BLS from the American Heart Association required

Job Types: Full-time, PRN

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
