Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of, and experience with Biztalk
- Healthcare claim processing experience, including understanding of ANSIX12 837I, 837P, 999 and all transaction sets relating to claim processing
- Solid knowledge of a query language, and understand software design principles
- Understanding of data modeling design, data quality principles, source file data extraction, complex data transformation and load processes
- Knowledge of all phases of software development including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation and support is required
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Must have capability and desire to mentor others
- Must be a take charge person able to work with and resolve issues and questions from the Operations area
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of peers, managers, executives, and subject matter experts

- Microsoft Biz Talk Server knowledge
- Understand of Medical Claim transaction sets

Requirements
Education:
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years as Biztalk experience
- 5 years’ experience with healthcare claim processing
