What You Will Do

Manage the daily operations of a department(s).

  • Develop specific departmental goals, standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
  • Manage all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
  • Support special projects and business analyses as requested.
  • Contribute to short and long term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience required.
  • 5 years of experience preferred.
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
