What You Will Do
Improve and coordinate patient care.
- Utilize knowledge, experience, and research to impact patient outcomes.
- Increase patient satisfaction, enhance and minimize nursing sensitive measures.
- Reduce hospital acquired conditions and increase patient education.
- Demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches in the management of complex patient care.
- Coordinate care for diverse patient populations in a cost effective manner.
- Enable effective implementation of health promotion and prevention practices, the management of acute and chronic illnesses, attainment of appropriate lengths of stay, and most effective level of care.
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
- Clinical Nurse Leader certification issued by the Commission of Nurse Certification (CNC) preferred.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required and Master's degree required.
