Responsibilities
- Ensures that the data assets of the organization are supported by its information technology Architecture patterns.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on approaches to optimize business success with Data.
- Analyzes complex business and competitive issues and discerns information with in guidelines given by Solution Architects
- Perform analysis on project tasks with broad implication for the business and/or the future architecture, successfully addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues.
- Develops partnerships with senior users to understand business needs and suggest future data requirements.
- Able to effectively communicate highly technical information to numerous audiences, including senior management, the user community, and less-experienced staff.
- Contributes to the organization's planning for the future of the data model and data architecture.
- Contributes to the continual redesign of the organization's data model and/or transition to a common model.
- Implements design patterns in an integrated data architecture to support end-to-end acquisition and engagement journeys to help data analytics and data harmonization.
- Supports projects with broad implication for the business and/or the future architecture, successfully addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues.
- Understands a modern cloud data technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure) as well as legacy on-prem solutions
- Leverage experience with data, including a background in Healthcare Data, Data Modeling, and Data Governance
- Contribute to the development of a data pipeline and streaming integrations with application databases, API’s, and vendors
- Transform complex customer business requirements into effective, efficient, and maintainable enterprise-level solutions
- Minimum of 1 years experience with (Conceptual, Logical, or Physical) Data Modeling
- Nice to have: Understanding of microservices framework
- Minimum of 2 years working with relational databases - MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle
- 1 years working with cloud technologies – CloudSQL, Pub/Sub, Kafka, or equivalent
- Proficient level of knowledge with SQL
- Exposure to Master Data Management, ERP, or Salesforce preferred
- Understanding of building data lifecycle solutions in at least one of the follow technologies: Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Marts, ODS, ELT and ETL, Stream/real-time/Batch processing, CDC, etc.
- Understanding on API Domain Driven Design, Service Orchestration, Microservices concepts, REST and SOAP services etc.
- Strong communication, presentation and written skills
- Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related discipline
- Recommend strategies based on changing business needs for supported area.
- Analyze complex business and competitive issues and discerns the implications for systems support.
- Identify, define, direct, and perform project issue analysis to resolve issues, including analysis of the technical and economic feasibility of proposed data solutions.
- Design projects with broad implication for the business and/or the future architecture, successfully addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues.
- Select tools and methodologies for projects.Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors.
- Effectively communicate highly technical information to numerous audiences, including senior management, the user community, and less-experienced staff.
- Develop partnerships with senior users to understand business needs and define future data requirements.

Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
