What You Will Do
As a Vendor Coordinator you will collaborate with both internal and external business partners to aid with various tasks relating to oversight of all health plan vendors.
Be a part of a team that analyzes and identifies key processes that need to be monitored.
Serve as the liaison between Health Plan operations and vendors.
Be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in order to implement tasks related to vendors.
Provide oversight of vendor Service Level Agreements.
Track and manage deliverables, compliance reports, and performance guarantees from the vendors.
Ensure successful management and execution of business goals related to the vendor relationships.
Provide subject matter expertise in vendor implementation projects.
Develop and maintain deep category knowledge and regularly leverage industry experts, peers and stakeholders to identify and benchmark best practices at a subject matter expert level.
Track vendor(s) service level agreements on a quarterly and annual basis to assure vendor accountability to contractual agreements.
What You Will Need
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Additional Preferences
Compliance Healthplan experience a plus!
