Ascent Counseling and Living Water Youth Ranch are seeking 2 dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as employees. 4 DAY WORK WEEK with ability to earn $74,000 annually, plus medical, dental, vision, & PTO. Ability to work into a Clinical Director role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Comprehensive Assessments and Diagnostics

- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans

- Individual, Couples, Family, and Group Therapy Using Evidence Based Practices

- Maintain Accurate Records in our EHR (Simple Practice)

- Delivery of Services According to ACA Code of Ethics

REQUIREMENTS

- Master’s Level Clinician Holding Current Idaho State Licensure – LPC, LCSW, LCPC, etc.

- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

- Excellent Interpersonal and Written Communication Skills.

- Ability to Work Independently as a Practitioner in a Team Environment

- Commitment to Ongoing Professional Growth and Development.

- Delivery of Services to Diverse Populations

SALARY, WAGES, & BENEFITS

- Very Competitive Salary up to 50% PER BILLABLE ($55 hourly avg / $74,000 Annually)

· 5 day work week $85,000 benefits
