ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Other duties may be assigned) Greet all guest with eye contact and a warm welcome as they enter the dining area. Maintain a proactive guest service approach at all times.
Assist with seating guest as needed (in the absence of the hostess) Provide fast, friendly professional and responsive customer service to hotel & restaurant guest & staff.
Serve food and beverage in accordance with standards and in a professional courteous manner. Maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition Adhere to all Brand Standards regarding Food and Beverage and Service Assist with the set up and cleanliness of the Restaurant.
Assist with clearing and set-up of tables Assist with restocking of supplies as needed Communicate effectively with Management and other Team Members Use Point of Sale (POS) system as required Perform other duties assigned by supervisor / manager.
Perform special daily projects assigned by supervisor / manager SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Six months Customer Service, hotel or restaurant experience preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills Must obtain TIPS certification within 30 days (if not certified).
