ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Other duties may be assigned) Greet all guest with eye contact and a warm welcome as they enter the dining area. Maintain a proactive guest service approach at all times.

Assist with seating guest as needed (in the absence of the hostess) Provide fast, friendly professional and responsive customer service to hotel & restaurant guest & staff.

Serve food and beverage in accordance with standards and in a professional courteous manner. Maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition Adhere to all Brand Standards regarding Food and Beverage and Service Assist with the set up and cleanliness of the Restaurant.

Assist with clearing and set-up of tables Assist with restocking of supplies as needed Communicate effectively with Management and other Team Members Use Point of Sale (POS) system as required Perform other duties assigned by supervisor / manager.

Must be available to work flexible shifts, including Holidays. Must be able to work without constant supervision. Must be able to work well as a part of a team.

The employee frequently is required to walk, balance, talk, hear and smell. Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals, warm temperature and able to work with all food products.

Must regularly be able to carry and balance up to 25 pounds without assistance. Must be capable of effectively using close vision, distance vision, color vision and sense of smell.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but could become loud from time to time. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS : High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Six months Customer Service, hotel or restaurant experience preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills Must obtain TIPS certification within 30 days (if not certified).
