Set up and operate a variety of CNC machine tools and controls to produce precision parts.
Openings on all shifts: Mon-Fri Weekdays 8 Hour Shifts, Mon-Thurs Swing 10 Hour Shifts, and Weekends Day/Graveyard 12 Hour shifts Fri-Sun. Shift differentials apply to off-shifts.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities: Included, but not limited to:
- Load and unload parts for machining up to 40 pounds.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Read and interpret manufacturing prints.
- Possess efficient math skills and basic understanding of geometric tolerance.
- Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.
- CNC setup and operation; tech tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly. Haas, Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma controls.
- Inspect machined parts following 1st Part and in process inspection protocol.
- Must have CNC 3 axis experience, 4 & 5 axis machining experience is a plus.
- Able to change fixtures, replace tool changes and manage tool libraries.
- Machining and holding tolerances of /- .001".
- 5s, keeping area clean and organized.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask and manage multiple task simultaneous
- Experienced minimum in the set-up and run of 3axis vertical CNC mills, 4 & 5 axis is a plus.
- Experienced with multiple metrology tools for measuring and recording part dimensions
