Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Information Technology, the IT Support Tech is responsible for end user technical support and systems administration for the In Home Care Department. Support issues will range from initial system setup to troubleshooting application issues, to basic support.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver IT support to users, configure and maintain workstations (tablets for identified caregivers).
- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software applications.
- Supporting staff use of technology resources with timely and appropriate assistance, both onsite and remotely.
- Assist with staff orientation on technology tools, resources, policies and procedures.
- Provide individual instruction and/or training to users.
- Monitor and communicate user concerns, provide input and guidance on options.
- Support network and systems efforts to improve availability of resources.
- Collaborative involvement in planning and operations.
- Deploy, monitor and maintain mobile devices.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Higher Education and/or experience that is directly related to the essential responsibilities.
Travel Required:
- Travel is required throughout NH
