What You'll Do:
As our Training Expert - Pilot, you will develop training curriculum, deliver and instruct materials, and support a government flight program. This position is based out of our Jacksonville, FL office; we will consider part-time and full-time candidates for this role.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Directing and coordinating Pilot positional training of aircraft and aircraft systems
- Develop Fleet and FRS P-8A training syllabi for Pilot qualification on aircraft and aircraft systems
- Research, preparation, and instruction of training materials and technical reports on aircraft improvements for Fleet testers and training personnel
- Instruction of Fleet and FMS pilots and aircrew in classroom, aircraft, and simulators
- Additional duties may be required by our government customer
- Position may require flexibility in working hours and up to 10% travel

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience in maritime patrol aircraft required
- A minimum of 1000 flight hours in P-3C and/or P-8A is required
- Must have demonstrated program management experience and the ability to effectively lead and manage a team
- P-8 FRS Instructor experience is required
- P-8 Operational experience is required
- Must be proficient with Adobe, NMCI, SIPR, and Microsoft Office 365
- Air to Air Refueling Instructor experience is desired
- Test experience is desired

Security Clearance Requirements:
- This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
