What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist position at Ashburn Chiropractic & Rehab?

Ashburn Chiropractic and Rehab is looking for a highly energetic, passionate, professional, individual, ready to work in a fast-paced, healthy environment.

Our ideal candidate is passionate, eager to learn, and bilingual (Spanish Speaking).

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner including answering phones, taking messages, and confirming appointments
  • Teach and monitor patient performing rehab exercises to take home and perform as needed
  • Perform routine clinical tasks and therapies to support medical staff
  • Communicate with other clinical and administrative staff on the wellness of our patients
  • Escort patients to exam rooms
  • Assist in physical medicine under Dr.Broussard
  • Internal marketing services to grow the business
  • Disinfect clinical rooms between patients
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
  • Familiarity with medical billing procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients are required to wear masks, the temperature is taken as well each table will be sterilized between patients and non-hypoallergenic gloves will be worn by employees.
