Due to tremendous growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Concierge |Project Manager to lead our customer experience!

Qualified candidates for the Customer Service Concierge | Project Manager should have extensive experience in direct customer service and possess superior organizational skills. Specific duties for this position include:

• Ensuring customers are treated with the utmost respect and given the highest level of customer service by maintaining superb communication, giving continuous status updates and assisting throughout the project life cycle from sale through production.
• Scheduling appointments and product installation with homeowners and communicating with team.
• Securing supplies and materials to complete customer projects.
• Coordinating projects with the Stain Shop and co-Project Manager to ensure finished product availability for install.
