Position Summary:
The Outlet Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all back of house activities needed to support the sales and operations of an Outlet store in a safe and efficient manner. These activities include organization and maintenance of the warehouse space, the receipt and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise, inventory management, customer order management, billing, and expense management. The Outlet Warehouse Manager is responsible for the supervision, training, and productivity of Outlet Warehouse associates.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse using existing standard operating procedures such as the “6S” approach while also determine new approaches and processes to maintain and organize the warehouse space and associated activities as business needs change.
- Manage the receipt and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise ensuring all merchandise is accounted for through proper documentation and reporting. Ensure standard operating procedures for receiving, handling and storing of merchandise and fixtures are executed timely, efficiently and safely.
- Ensure effective inventory management practices are executed daily. Accountable for process such as receiving, merchandise transfers, inventory adjustments, cycle counts, scrap, and quarterly inventory counts.
- Manage all warehouse customer order processes and procedures. Ensures timely pickup and delivery of all customer pick up orders. Schedules warehouse associates to accommodate pick up and load outs of merchandise. Ensures all orders are loaded safely in accordance with policy. Responsible for billing customer pick up orders.
- Direct salesfloor replenishment activities such as, but not limited to assembly, restocking, back stocking, removing sold product from floor.
- Partner with visual ensuring warehouse associates are available to support the visual needs of the store throughout the day and prior to and during floor sets.
- Ensure merchandise protection and repair practices are in place. Trains associates on the proper ways to prevent damages and safely handle merchandise. Completes the damaged goods process report. Receives, distributes and/or install parts that are ordered for repairing damaged furniture.
- Works to reduce the warehouse operating expenses (payroll, overtime, equipment, supplies).
- Monitor Warehouse Associates ensuring they work efficiently to meet daily goals without sacrificing safety, accuracy and quality.
- Make employment decisions and/or recommendations on hiring, improvement plans, transfers, promotions, corrective actions, terminations, pay adjustments, etc.
- Coordinate and manage the work of employees by directing members of the team to meet the area’s goals. Audit regularly to ensure standard operating procedures are being adhered to.
- Manage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring, and administering performance reviews. Recommend, plan and/or implement employee training and skill development activities.
- Audit, maintain and ensure employee time-keeping and absentee records are accurate.
- Communicate company and departmental issues and goals and facilitate employee growth and development through weekly team meetings, regular individual employee meetings, coaching, training, and company-offered learning opportunities.
- Manage resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods, and materials.

Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
Primary Job Functions:
- Maintain floor inventory by arranging showroom floor and setting-up incoming product. Transfer product from warehouse to floor, monitor incoming product for structural integrity and/or flaws.
- Remove sold product from floor, wrap and store until customer delivery or load product into customer vehicle for customer pickup.
- Communicate daily or weekly as needed with the Visual Lead or Manager to coordinate efforts in prioritizing work for reading the floor for incoming merchandise.
- Responsible for the clerical side of the warehouse operation documenting product receipt.
- Receive and distribute and/or install parts that are ordered for repairing floor samples.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse, performing general housekeeping duties, including maintaining cardboard trailer/dumpsters. Keep the backroom warehousing area neat and clean.
- Building maintenance, completing simple repairs.
- Complete and submit weekly warehouse checklist.
- Work to reduce store WHS operating expenses.
- Maintain reliable attendance.
- All other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:
