Job Description

Wichita Furniture is currently looking for professional bilingual Customer Service Agents with great energy and personality to join our family and help take care of our loyal customers. We are looking for people who care about quality products and services they represent, their customers and their co-workers.

Job Requirements:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Enter service requests, notify management of any customer issues
  • Respond to emails as needed
  • Field customer complaints and direct to management
  • Assist with delivery and warehouse paperwork as needed
  • Complete paperwork for prep and delivery
  • Set and confirm customer delivery appointments
  • Answer incoming calls and direct as needed
  • Order parts; follow up with customers concerning delivers/repair
  • File paperwork in a timely manner
  • Understand warranties; ensure repairs are legitimate and properly completed
  • Maintain cleanliness of office, restrooms, break room, and customer lobby area
  • Be a shining example of professional behavior
  • Knowledge and experience in customer service
  • Working knowledge of office equipment: computer (Word, Excel, email), phone system, copy/fax machine
  • People and customer management skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
