At Ashley HomeStore, the Guest Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring that our internal and external customers have a V.I.P. guest experience by making them feel welcomed, supported, and valued. Working together with showroom management and the guest experience team, the Guest Experience Manager will lead the guest experience team at multiple locations in daily tasks and ensure accountability to all best practices.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workflow of guest experience team across multiple locations.
- Able to travel between showroom locations as needed.
- Provide constructive and timely performance feedback.
- Open and close the guest experience counter as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas, and assist in implementing solutions.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with all members of staff and customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination and experience. Two (2) – Three (3) years of experience in customer service or operations management.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to maintain confidentiality of information. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
