What Will You Do?

You will be key in helping the Company sustain its’ sales momentum in distribution channels by developing, implementing and maintaining a culture of growth. This position is a critical, highly visible role that requires leadership, analytical and strategic skills as well as experience in sales and business operations.

Developing relationships with key accounts and ensuring freight optimization initiatives are executed in a timely and efficient manner will be imperative.  You will work directly with wholesale accounts to understand customer requirements and develop creative, and sometimes unique, solutions to add value to a customer’s relationship with the company.  In addition, you will work closely with management and customers to communicate changes in customer pricing and operations and provide recommendations to positively impact the performance of the transportation network to achieve budget and other financial goals.

What Do You Need?

·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Statistics, Analytics or related field, Required

·1-year experience in sales, commercial operations and business processes, Required

·Analytical and process-oriented mindset

·Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

·Strong attention to detail
