Position Highlights : The Junior Title Administrator / Processor is primarily responsible for review of new contracts and opening files, assist in processing files, ordering surveys, HOA Estoppels, CDD estoppels and any other documentation needed to clear title.
The tasks and responsibilities associated with this role require a high level of attention, while meeting deadlines to ensure established production levels are achieved.
Position Responsibilities :
- Monitor backlog reports for new contracts and scheduled closing dates
- Enter contract information on spreadsheets
- Open new orders and distribute work to Title Administrators
- General processing of files
- Assist with Survey review process
- Maintain an open line of communication with Title Administrators, acting as their partner to meet identified deadlines throughout the processing of files
- Follow up with Vendors for timely receipt of requested documentation
- Additional tasks based on business needs, as assigned by Management.
Position Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong Microsoft Office and title software applications preferred
- Escrow processing experience preferred
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to handle high volume.
- Effective and efficient interpersonal skills with high functioning verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and jump across job responsibilities with little or no supervision
- Team player
Typical Physical and Mental Demands :
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English. Must be able to perform calculations.
- Employees in the position are required to be able to hear and have vision sufficient to utilize all office equipment.
- Use of hands and fingers is required to utilize standard office equipment.
- Requires occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
