Job Posting for Compliance Administrator at ASI/BACC JV

Duties include:

Maintain all compliance reporting with various agencies including:

- entering and submitting certified payrolls

- entering payment information from agencies and to vendor/subcontractors

- tracking M/WBE requirements

- working with subcontractors to ensure all necessary forms and requirements are submitted in a timely fashion, ie HC89 approvals, subcontracts, insurance certificates

Enter subcontracts into accounting system

Support to maintain subcontract insurance requirements.

Support Engineering Department with Design Build submissions, forms, and M/WBE Solicitations

Various other office tasks including answering phones, ordering office supplies, assisting in other areas as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Online compliance reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies
  • Strong work ethic - Willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary & Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
