HR Assistant – Part-time (Fremont, CA)
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Maintenance of employment records
· Filing and scanning
· Handling mail and invoices on a daily basis
· Handling office supplies, breakroom, janitorial, maintenance services, copiers, etc.
· Monitoring Corporate phone line
· Managing meeting rooms, reception, and common areas
· Assisting with conference room reservations
· New Hire and temp administration of timecards and badges
· Assist with the coordination of company events
· Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Outstanding interpersonal and oral communication skills
· Positive, personable, and High level of professionalism
· Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize based on the business urgency
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
· AA preferred
Education and Experience:
- AA degree preferred
· Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working

Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Monday to Friday from 8:30/9:00 am to 12:00/12:30 pm (flexible)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
