- "Ensure fixed asset integrity for all USL WCM businesses
- Conduct yearly reconciliations for FAL to physical to QTRAC
- Track and process FADs in a timely manner
- Provide monthly reports to finance and asset planning manager on all FADs
- Check PAC2 and resolve compliance issues monthly
- Help with exporting and importing paperwork for assets
- Maintain running exposure list and communicate to finance and asset planning manager
- Ensure QTRAC vs. physical accuracy
- Conduct spot checks weekly for Qty and Status/DFP stats
- Communicate with TLM, RCs, and logistics any non-compliance issues
- Ensure gaps in FA processes are identified and steps to resolve issues are taken
- Publish MIA/Stagnant Tools reports and help to verify tools"
