POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director of Concessions, this individual will be responsible for assisting with administration functions to include inventory, purchases, invoice recording, ABI scheduling, Event prep, Temporary labor staffing and co-ordination and other related duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
- Inputting invoices in Bypass inventory system by the set deadline.
- Conducting or recording monthly inventories.
- Conduct pre-event checks for Digital menu boards, Mobile ordering, POS terminals.
- Schedule part time staff, temporary staff in ABI, Homebase, Sign up Genius.
- Create event packets and deliver pre-event.
- Assist in conducting compliance checks and audits.
- Create and update digital menus, signages, FAQs, SOPs.
- Create Pre-Event stand opening and distribute.
- Create financial summaries for events and projects.
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two (2) years related experience and/or training in Food & Beverage Operations, Point of Sale systems, Inventory accounting, Database entry.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Food and Beverage operations, including inventory, invoices, point of sales terminals, and purchasing procedures.
- Engage in decision-making that is generally governed by procedure and guided by policy.
- Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
- Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule to produce accurate results.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others encountered in the course of employment.
- Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.

- Some exposure to warehouse and/or kitchen environment.

COMPUTER SKILLS
- Operate a personal computer using Windows and Microsoft Office software. Must have good working knowledge of WORD, POWERPOINT and EXCEL software programs.
- Operate standard office equipment including copier, scanner, and fax machine.
- Some experience with Bypass, Micros, Reserve, or other point-of-sale systems.
HOURS OF WORK AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Travel negligible
- Requires ability to work extended and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours.
