Introduction

ASML US, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, bring together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. Job Mission

The University Relations (UR) Team mission is to identify and nurture relationships with university students, faculty, and administration to build ASML presence in the US university eco system while enabling a continuous pipeline of top diverse entry level talent. You will have the opportunity to own your own project, learn about university relations and how it fits into the overall talent acquisition strategy and become exposed to program management.

Job Description

• Act as resource for other interns by providing guidance, support, and by fostering a collaborative and engaging environment
• Assist in the planning and execution of diverse programming tailored to enhance the intern experience
• Implement and manage the Reflection Journal program which will focus on intern professional development and self-evaluation
• Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and research on tiered school initiatives, ensuring ASML's active participation in relevant diversity programs and identifying opportunities for future programming
• Maintain accuracy and relevance in our tiered school documentation by updating information in slides and other documents
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or another relevant area of study
• Must have knowledge and proficient experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)

Skills and Competencies

• Demonstrate open, clear, concise and professional written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision
• Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

• This position is located on-site in Wilton, CT. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
