This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Role and responsibilities
Managing Capex items for DUV and APPS departments:
Submission and tracking of capex requests as well as generating status reports for cross-sectors.
Improving the capex tracking process within DUV and APPS departments and driving for standardization.
Actively managing stakeholders, both within DUV and APPS, as well as cross-departments.
Engaging and collaborating with department project leads to understand their needs and requirements.
Execution of monthly, quarterly and yearly planning and budgeting cycle and enabling ASML insights to drive high-quality decision making.
Generating cycle time reports for DUV and APPS departments on a regular basis.
Driving continuous improvement to enable cycle time reductions across the work centers by making use of advanced data analytical tools.
Leading cycle time review meetings across DUV and APPS departments.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s or master's degree in business administration, finance or industrial engineering.
Work experience in a complex and multi-disciplinary environment.
Experience with process design, implementation and improvement.
Experience managing projects in a complex stakeholder landscape.
Experience with financial planning processes or similar business processes.
A proven track record of quickly understanding complex content.
Experience in (high) tech environment.
Experience managing and controlling Capex is an advantage.
Ability and experience of effectively communicating and influencing across all levels of a large global organization.
Preferably experience with SAP applications (HANA, SAC) and Spotfire is a plus.

The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Can work under deadlines.
The environment generally is moderate in temperature with moderate to high noise level.
