Responsibilities:
General Accounting Responsibilities
Calculating, analyzing, and posting standard and non-standard journal entries.
Reconciling Balance Sheet and P&L accounts monthly.
Meeting all assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with quality standards by pre-determined deadlines.
Reviewing and analyzing P&L results compared to past trends and expected results, and independently identifying monthly adjusting entries as needed from the review.
Prepare the monthly provider productivity bonus and incentive calculations.
Manages the allocations of payroll expenses and validates that these reconcile prior to close.
Analysis the payroll expenses at the cost center level and makes adjusting entries.
Prepares consolidating entries for the payroll expenses.
Support AR by closing the AR system, prepare charges, adjustments, refunds and unbilled analysis for the accounts receivable activity.
Prepares the Joint Venture service fees entries and Joint venture monthly statements.
Providing timely and exceptional customer service and support to key internal and external stakeholders.
Understand and execute TAG Corporate standard accounting policies and practices, while also designing and executing brand specific accounting processes and practices.
Special projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned.
Minimum Education, Experience and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; is required or significant work experience
At least 4 years of accounting experience is required
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills;
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles;
Average Microsoft Office skills, most notably Excel, with ability to learn new skills quickly;
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and operate independently.
