Accountant

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, is proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks and PeopleSoft, and has excellent attention to detail.

```Duties:```
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform general ledger accounting and journal entries
- Reconcile accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
- Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data for reporting purposes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Provide support during tax preparation processes
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Experience with financial auditing and compliance
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports
