Aspen Home Care & Hospice is looking for an RN case manager to join our Home Health team. This candidate will be friendly, positive, and focused on excellence! Come join our team that is compassionate and patient focused! This is a case manager position. It involves case management over a caseload of patients. Additional pay for on-call! We are looking for a FT or PT team member.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
