Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment & property management firms, is seeking skilled professionals to become members of our Legends at Lake Murray maintenance team! We are looking to fill several positions, including a Make Ready Tech, a Maintenance Tech, and a Foreman.
We are hosting a CAREER FAIR and will be offering open interviews to anyone who attends! Be sure to come in for this event! Join us in person on June 23rd from 7:00 am - 9:00 am at 1220 Meredith Drive Columbia, SC 29212.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
- Foreman
- Manage daily operations and maintenance at your property including assigning and completing work orders, completing routine maintenance and repairs
- Maintain HVAC systems
- Lead and work alongside your team, delegate tasks, provide coaching where needed
- Interview and hire new team members when needed (Make Ready Techs, Maintenance Techs, Carpenters, Groundskeepers, Cleaners, etc.)
- Ensure goals are met including efficient, on-time turns, and budgetary goals
- Work with vendors and contractors
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Maintenance Tech
- Complete work orders as assigned
- Provide routine maintenance to HVAC systems including repairs and preventative maintenance
- Apartment make readies and turns
- Work closely with maintenance and office team to ensure property is running smoothly
- Maintain property curb appeal
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Make Ready Tech
- Make-ready apartments for new move-ins
- Maintain the grounds and apartment community as needed
- Ideal candidates will have some general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including construction/installation, repair, and maintenance, drywall, basic carpentry, and make-ready
- HVAC experience a plus but not required
- Applicants must be energetic, driven, smart, hard-working, and dedicated
