Administrative Assistant to Practice Manager

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the law firm Practice Manager, ensuring efficient operations and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly professional, and capable of managing a diverse set of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service and office management would be advantageous.

Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills; Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro; Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion; Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people; Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.

Education: College degree required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
