**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for excavation and dirtwork projects.

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to create accurate and competitive bids.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure comprehensive understanding of project scope and requirements.

- Monitor and adjust estimates based on changes in project scope, costs, and timelines.

- Maintain a database of project costs, labor rates, and materials for accurate and efficient estimating.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Excavation & Dirtwork Estimator.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.

- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: $71,056.00 - $76,804.00 per year
