As a Mixing Operator, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients according to the recipe specifications.

Responsibilities :

• Accurate ingredient Lot Code / Lot Code Change recording.
• Must accurately measure ingredients to meet recipe standards.
• Responsible for timely preparation or "staging" of ingredients for recipes.
• Must inspect quality of ingredients being used for product production prior to mixing.
• Maintain work area cleanliness.
• Responsible for following safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by any lead, supervisor, manager or other leader in the ASPIRE BAKERIES organization.

Qualifications :

• High school diplomia or GED is preferred.
• English literacy, elementary level
• GMP / HACCP Certification (in-house)

Shift : 1st

Hourly Rate : $18.25 - $21.75

The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry.
