We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. This is a key role in our organization, as you will be our clients' and visitors' first point of contact.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Maintain accurate client records and files
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing documents
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
