Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating projects, and ensuring efficient operations within the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and help with class schedule, meetings, appointments, and recital arrangements

- Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables

- Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document preparation

- Serve as a front desk representative, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel

- Assist with event planning and coordination

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Support office management tasks such as maintaining office equipment and coordinating maintenance requests

- Assist with order entry and processing as required

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, have studio dance experience.

- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications (e.g., microsoft office and Google Suite)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks

- Knowledge of front desk operations or experience in studio dance a plus.

- Experience in gym/ dance studio administrative tasks is an advantage

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
