What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN position at Aspire Health Partners?
Provide a multitude of essential functions in an outpatient setting for psychiatric clients. These functions include but not limited to--administering long acting injection, educating clients on the medications and side effects, documenting client treatment details, assisting providers with implementation of orders, ordering medications and working in partnership with agency and community pharmacies, adapting to a fast-paced environment, maintaining confidentiality practices, managing/monitoring Clozapine REMS for the adult med clinic and keep up-to-date on new medication information
