Location: Austin Texas

This Position Will be 100% Remote in Texas
Note :
- Candidate Must Have Minimum 10 Years of Business Analyst Experience
- Candidate Must Have Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) experience - Minimum 3 Years
- Candidate Must Have Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) experience OR Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System for Texas (CAPPS) experience is Must - Minimum 3 Years
- Candidate Must have Experience With SharePoint - Minimum 3 Years
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs
- Thorough understanding of the business analysis areas of knowledge and its associated activities and tasks
- Extensive skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy
- Provide technical assistance to Project Managers by documenting and mapping current and future business processes due to the changes needed for a large-scale system replacement effort
- Work with project managers and business users to reengineer processes
- Identify changes needed to business processes and work with business users to prepare solution options, identify risks, and other analyses as required
- Write detailed description of business processes to include steps required to develop or modify processes for daily business activities
- Plan and facilitate meetings and follow up on action items
- Organize business process mapping documentation
- Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
- Experience working as an Organizational Change Management Analyst for an IT implementation project
- Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) experience
- SharePoint
- Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) / Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System for Texas (CAPPS)
